Nurragingy Reserve – Nature’s Gift to Humankind

`

The Nurragingy Reserve is an exceptional Australian natural park and forest, an open nature reserve and an urban park; it's a significant protected area operated by Blacktown City Council and owned by Western Sydney Parks Trust; it was opened in 1981.

The park consists of a 4 km long footpath through bushlands within which the main tree-tops are stands. The Flora and fauna of the reserve are exceptional; this means you can expect to see everything from the most miniature kangaroos to enormous parrots and blue colours.

What's Inside the Reserve?

Although most visitors come to the park to observe the animals, they also have a growing interest in learning about the Geology, soil biology and the Aboriginal history of the area.

This is because recent research has found that many pre-European cultures made their homes here; it is home to several threatened and endangered species, many of which have already become extinct.

Visiting the Park is Worth the Time

To start, you can visit the "Kangaroos National Park", this is one of the most popular activities in reserve, and this is one of the only places where you can witness kangaroos in their habitat; no doubt this is one of the true wonders of Australia. If you would like to know more about this beautiful park, they have a website that gives a lot of information about the reserve.

You can also view images from other visitors' experiences and learn about how they found out about this fantastic place. There is a gift shop with various items for sale; you will find beautiful Australian made products and other things that can enhance your trip to Australia.

Attractions Inside

One of the park's main attractions is the Nurragingy Caravan Park; here, you will be able to hire a variety of vehicles such as campervan, motor home or tractor-trailer. There are also a cafe, gift shop and restrooms.
